芝麻酱 1汤匙
沙茶酱 1汤匙
水 少许

薄脆
馄饨皮 20片
鸡蛋 6个
香菜 少许
香葱 少许

做法
1. 绿豆浸泡过夜,用食物料理机打成糊,加面粉、盐和五香粉调成绿都面糊
2. 用辣椒酱,芝麻酱,甜面酱,沙茶酱和半块腐乳搅成酱汁
3. 用中火把馄炖皮炸成薄脆
4. 不粘锅烧热抹油,半杯绿豆面糊摊平,打个鸡蛋,撒上小葱黑芝麻,摊平后,中火烤成型,翻面抹酱加薄脆,包起即可。
