
「素食」肉串的完美平替,以后烤串就这么吃了!|【Vegan】Grill Skewers with Lion's Mane Mushroom
I just had skewers grill on the weekend. I replaced the meat with lion's mane mushroom, and with the flavour of cumin seeds, a great weekend BBQ is done!
时间充裕的周末,给自己来一顿烧烤真的会很惬意,早就馋了之前的淄博烧烤,我用猴头菇代替了肉串,加上孜然烧烤料其实也很好吃,搭配淄博小饼更香
Ingredients/材料:
猴头菇 3个 Three Lion's Mane Mushroom
彩椒 2个 Two Bell Pepper
淄博小饼适量(可买现成的)Pancake (Can Be Replaced with Pita Bread)
猴头菇腌料/Seasonings for Lion's Mane Mushroom:
生抽 2小勺 2 Tsp Soy Sauce
素蚝油 1小勺 1 Tsp Vegan Oyster Sauce
孜然粉 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
辣椒面 1大勺 2 Tbsp Chili Pepper Powder
橄榄油 1大勺 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
蘸碟/Dipping Sauce:
芝麻花生碎、韩式辣酱(家里有什么辣酱放什么)、干辣椒蘸料(买的现成的)
Chopped sesame seeds and peanuts, gochujang(Any type of spicy sauce works), chili pepper dipping mix
Tips:
Dried Lion's mane mushroom has bitterness, so you need to soak them in water for hours, then squeeze it dry and soak it in water again until you can't taste the bitterness.
新鲜猴头菇没有什么苦味处理更简单,如果用干猴头菇需要浸泡几小时,中途挤干再换水浸泡,直到不怎么苦
锡纸烤豆腐/Grill Tofu:
嫩豆腐 一盒 One Box of Silk Tofu
油泼辣子1大勺 1 Tbsp Chili Oil
清油火锅料 1小勺 1 Tsp Spicy Hot Pot Base
孜然粉 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
花椒面 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Sichuan Peppercorn Powder
生抽 1大勺 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
盐巴 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Salt
榨菜碎 1大勺 1 Tbsp Chopped Zacai
