6月的天总是阴雨不断,特别是这时候喜欢吃点麻辣的来祛祛湿气,麻辣香锅自然是首选啦,各种丰富的蔬菜搭配吃起来真的很有满足感!
Ingredients/材料:
藕片 200g Lotus Root Slices
土豆片 200g Potato Chips
玉米 1根 One Corn
芹菜 两株 Two Stalks of Celery
千张 一块 One Piece of Tofu Skin
干腐竹 60g Dried Yuba
香菇 5朵 Five Shiitake Mushrooms
黄金针菇 1把 One Bunch of Enoki Mushrooms
西蓝花 120g Broccoli
红黄甜椒 半个 Half Bell Pepper
熟芝麻 适量 Toasted Sesame
香菜 两株 Two Cilantro
调味料/Seasonings:
郫县豆瓣酱 1大匙 1 Tbsp Pixian Douban
姜片 10g Ginger Slices
清油火锅底料 3大匙 3 Tbsp Spicy Flavor Hot Pot Seasonings
生抽 1大匙 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
素蚝油 2小匙 2 Tsp Vegan Oyster Sauce
赤砂糖 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
辣椒油 1大匙 1 Tbsp Chili Oil
四川大红袍花椒 1小把 One Small Handful of Sichuan Red Peppercorn
干辣椒 1大把 One Handful of Dried Chili Pepper
