
「素食」夏天茄子的美味吃法!|【Vegan】Eggplant & Tomatoes Braised Noodles
Summer is the season of eggplant. Besides to the eggplant salad, I like to cook eggplant as the topping for noodles. With the addition of tomatoes, it's really delicious. If you like noodles, you must give it a try.
夏天又是吃茄子的时候了,除了常吃的凉拌茄子,最喜欢用它做成酱拌面吃,加上番茄真的很鲜美,前两天还自己熬了番茄酱,加进去滋味更加浓郁了,面食爱好者一定要做起来!
Ingredients/材料:
番茄 1个 One Tomato
茄子 1条 One Eggplant
小米辣 2个 Two Tabasco Peppers
老豆腐 150g Firm Tofu
杏鲍菇 半根 Half King Oyster Mushroom
姜末 适量 Minced Ginger
调味料/Seasonings:
生抽 1.5大匙 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
胡椒粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp White Pepper Power
五香粉或13香 1/4小匙 1/4 Tsp Five Spice Powder
香油 1小匙 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
盐 适量 Salt
