做法:
1. 秋刀鱼取出内脏,用自来水洗净表面,用厨房纸擦干表面。
2. 预热BBQ烤箱至200摄氏度左右,铺上表面抹了食用油的锡纸
3. 将鱼放锡纸上,表面均匀撒盐,正反面都要撒
4. 2面各烤7-8分钟(各家炉头脾性不同,适当调节烤制的时间)
5. 如果想让鱼更加焦黄,可以取出锡纸,明火烧烤30秒至1分钟,上桌
6. 滴上几滴柠檬汁,口感更鲜美
