食材 冬笋:150克 冬菇:5颗 冬瓜:500克 排骨:800克 清水:2.5升 海米:30克
调料 葱、姜、料酒、盐、白胡椒适量
做法
1. 排骨洗清、浸泡、姜油烩炒,倒入开水砂锅中
2. 加姜块、葱结、料酒,中小火焖煮1小时
3. 加冬菇、冬笋,继续焖煮半小时
4. 加冬瓜、盐、白胡椒,煮10分钟可食
