I tried this Apple Pie recipe and I stopped buying one anymore, easy for thanksgiving and holiday 👌

This is the Best Homemade Apple pie that you will ever try. Apple Pie is one of the famous fall sweet, but who don't like this any time in the year. It is made of Pie Crust filled with apple, cinnamon and sweet butter sugar syrup. It may sounds to be hard doing Pie Crust but this recipe will take you through simple steps by steps process to the success for the best pie crust ever and you will never buy ready one from the store anymore.
The best apple pie starts with good baking apples. You want to use apples that are firm enough to hold up to the heat of baking, so that they don’t cook down into mush.


Ingredients

Apple Pie Filling Ingredients:

5 red apples, peeled, cored, and sliced (2 lbs)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

6 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg, for coat


Pie Crust Ingredients:

This Ingredients will make 1 pie crust (disk) for 9–10 inch pie, so double the recipe because we need 2 pie crusts for our apple pie

1 1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 stick COLD unsalted Butter (diced into cubes)

4-5 Tbsp iced Water
