For the sauce:
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Onion (Diced)
1 lb Mushroom
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 3/4 Cup Milk
1 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Parsley (Minced)
