½ onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
5 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 ½ cups chicken stock
⅓ cup heavy cream
salt and black pepper
½ cup peas
¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten for coat
