I love that.
She's thought this through clearly.
Clearly, that answer was like spot on.
I want this farm.
I love the farm idea.
Yeah.
Sitting back, fishing, relaxing.
Yes.
Got to get a couple dogs too.
But as I've learned, farming takes a lot of work.
It looks very fun.
And yeah, so all right.
So no money for us.
All right.
And the party's over with the dry weather conditions.
We had some rain showers around yesterday.
We have had some last night into this morning.
And we're watching the morning rush hour.
So please.
Be alert the next couple of hours.
You may look out the window right
now and be like, hey, Rich, it's fine.
And it is fine right now.
Your Doppler radar is showing the heavier showers are offshore,
but there's a lot more wet weather out to the west.
So here's Nassau and Suffolk County.
There's one line of rain.
Take a look at what's happening in southern New Jersey.
We have thunderstorms popping up right here.
So this is what's important to us.
This batch of rain will be coming up the Garden State Parkway,
heading right towards the southern state.
As we get towards around 8 to 9 o'clock this morning.
So the kids are going to need their umbrella, the rain boots.
There's some wet weather coming on through.
Here's 830.
This is moderate to heavy rain with the threat of a thunderstorm
as we go through the mid to late morning hours.
And there's going to be some quick torrential downpours.
A lot of leaves are on the roads already.
It's going to be slick conditions also.
Just a heads up.
Wet leaves and the rails pose a problem, so there could be some delays
on the LIRR developing as we go through the morning with this rain.
Now, there may be one or two lulls coming in, but we'll have the rain.
The heaviest rain will be in Suffolk County
as we go throughout our day.
There may be a third wave coming in for tonight.
Take a look.
Here's 7 o'clock.
I know we've got some playoff football going on.
We have to watch out for that rain.
But generally from 7 o'clock on, rain will taper off west to east.
We'll get some clearing tomorrow morning.
Tomorrow afternoon, some clouds will build,
slight chance of an isolated shower Saturday afternoon,
and you can see Saturday night, and then Sunday, mixture of sun
and clouds, but overall Sunday looks really nice as well.
How much rain? Well, about an inch or so in Nassau County,
one to three inches potentially for Suffolk County.
Again, one to three inches of rain.
We haven't had much rain. Storm drains get clogged.
That's what I'm a little worried about on the edges of the streets,
the corners where the storm drains are.
They may fill up very quickly with all those leaves.
So at the bus stop this morning,
we're watching the rain and the wet roads, cloudy with showers,
could have a thunderstorm sometime
in between the morning and afternoon.
We're going to keep an eye on that all day long.

You can check out the radar
and all the weather alerts will pop up straight to your phone.
So today, it's periods of rain, the threat of a thunderstorm.
We do have the threat of some pockets of moderate to heavy rain.
It feels warm and muggy outside tonight.
Lows drop down into the 50s.
Showers through midnight,
then skies will start to clear by your morning.
And you can see here, again, the heavy rain threat today.
Small chance of a shower Saturday.
Otherwise, most of your weekend's looking dry.
And Veterans Day looks pretty good as well.
Out the door this morning, Storm Wrangler 12 watching the wet roads
and the rainy conditions on the way.
