Some heavy rain is possible on Friday before we dry things out over the weekend

As we progress throughout our Friday, unfortunately, there's going to be rain joining us throughout the day that could start or rather continue during the overnight and into early parts of our Friday. Those periods of rain on and off throughout the day. It's not all day long rain, but there is that all day opportunity to have some of those showers moving through a little bit cooler, but still mild. Those temperatures going to be in those middle sixties. Now, taking a look at those rain chances as we head throughout the next several days, your main chance is going to come Friday during the day. But as we head into later parts of Friday, into the overnight, and even still early parts of Saturday, we can continue to see some of those spritzy showers continuing to join us. Now, here's the thing. The system is mostly pulled on the models to the south and east of us. If this comes a little bit more north and west, we could see that impacting areas like Bridgeport, Weston, Norwalk, Greenwich, along the Sound. So we're going to continue to keep an eye on that. It really skirts our area, but if that adjusts ever so slightly, we can't expect more rain.
