Some heavy rain is possible on Friday in Brooklyn before we dry out over the weekend

The weather, we saw some wet weather today, more coming tomorrow. Keep those umbrellas handy, right, Skyler? You're going to need them for the next day, day and a half. Because we have some rain even lingering into portions of our Saturday, unfortunately. I know, I know what no one wants to hear. Now, we do have those rain chances throughout the day. Do I think it's going to be all day long rain? Not necessarily, but we could see those repeated chances throughout the day. Now, temperatures are going to be peaking early on in the day and then start to cool off as we get towards that normal warmth of the day. But it's going to be feeling a little bit on the cooler side because of some of that rain, the way that's going to feel to your body. But Friday and Saturday both want to have those umbrellas handy. Not as much of a need on Saturday, but still a chance to run into some of those showers, just some stray ones here or there. You can see those rain chances really do get less as we head into the weekend, but main rain chance is going to be as we progress throughout our Friday. We could especially see that early on on Friday. Then there could be another round later in the day, but the good news is that the majority of this rain does look to stay to the south and east of us, which is just fine by me, but we'll have to keep an eye on our early morning on.
