A live look over Lumen Field right now.
We got a couple big games heading our direction, one of which is today.
We've got the Seattle rain taking
on the Orlando Pride starting at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
Even though it looks a little gray out there right now,
we will see some sun rays a little later on today.
Temperatures are going to be cool in those low 50s.
And then, of course, we've got some Monday night football headed here
to Lumen Field as well,
as the Bears will be here visiting our own Seattle Seahawks.
Temperatures for this one, too, partly cloudy skies and cooler.
We're going to be still looking in those low 50s.
Now, the cloud cover started to roll in late last night.
That helped to keep temperatures a touch warmer
this morning as compared to yesterday.
Not quite as frosty of a start.
We're anywhere from about 2 to almost even 10 degrees warmer
today right now than we were this time yesterday morning.
A couple of spots, though, you can see still hovering
in those upper 30s like Arlington to Mount Vernon.
And even some free
Freezing temperatures out toward the coastal regions,
36 degrees right now in Shelton.
We're at 45 in Puyallup.
A live look at that Doppler radar shows we've got dry skies outside,
even though we've got some of these low marine layer clouds
that are hanging on with us.
They're going to break, but once they do,
we'll see some sun breaks outside.
So all is not lost on your Sunday afternoon
if you're going to be heading out and about.
We'll be watching for that cool northerly flow
to keep our temperatures in those low 50s.
Monday is looking a bit different.
We are going to increase the cloud cover.
There's a system that's going to stay offshore,
but this will throw the clouds into parts of Western Washington
A stray shower, not totally out of the question,
but I think the chances will be a bit better in some
of our coastal regions and into the Olympic Peninsula.
Highs for today, comfortably cool.
We're looking at 50 degrees there in Everett, 54 in Bremerton,
as well as in Shelton, 55 Tacoma, 45 degrees over Snoqualmie Pass.
Temperatures looking very similar once you get over there
to the east side and into the Cascade Foothills.
Low 50s there for Woodinville, 54 Redmond, Sammamish.
Off to the south in Puyallup we'll top out close to 54.
Lakeway looking a little bit cooler at 51 degrees.
Still looking cool up there into parts of Skagit,
Whatcom County, northern Snohomish County as well.
52 in Port Townsend will be at 51 degrees in Oak Harbor
and 50 degrees in Anacortes.
Out to the coastal regions,
we have been seeing some beautiful sunshine there early this morning.
So we're going to continue to see that into the afternoon.
High temperatures will be into the low and even mid 50s there as well.
Your seven-day forecast will show
those skies staying dry for several days.
We'll start to thicken up the clouds by late Wednesdays
when we start to see those rainfall chances increasing,
looking the wettest for Thursday and Friday.
Got an eye on Friday because it looks like it could be breezy outside.
We'll watch that really closely and keep you posted.
