Time to bundle up if you're going to take
those doggies out for a walk this morning, right, Alex?
Yeah, but at least it's a beautiful view.
We get an extra hour of daylight in the morning time.
This is our earliest sunrise, Janice, since September.
Pretty early one and a really,
really gorgeous look across that bay, too.
live one from early this morning.
Let me show you how things are going to change, though, as we move
into the week, because we will have rain before the week is over.
Today marks two weeks without it. Hitting 60.
It's going to be beautiful all day. Lots of sunshine.
40 is what it feels like, though. So definitely taking the dogs out.
You want to make sure you wear a heavier jacket. But look at that jump.
50 is what it feels like at 9 a.m.,
and then it feels like about 60 most of the afternoon.
But that afternoon is condensed, because by 5 o'clock, it's dark out.
I mean, look at that, 5 p.m. and the moon icon.
We're back. We're back to the wintertime,
standard time, you know, kind of.
Cooler evening feel because dinner time plans
are in the 40s this time of the year, more often than not.
Overnight, we may have a few more 30s early on Monday morning,
but then the rest of the week is warm.
So Monday morning is really the only part
of the week that's got a little chill in the air.
It's 63 around lunchtime on your Monday afternoon.
Tuesday's even warmer. We could hit upper 60s there. I would
not be surprised if we hit 70 in some spots on the island Wednesday.
So that's my pick out of the week because it's so mild.
The next chance for rain is Thursday. So it's still a few days away,
and it doesn't look like a washout Thursday,
but we do have a possibility for some stronger downpours for Friday,
and that might last into...
Saturday. So if you have plans Thursday,
Friday, Saturday, expect rain to be a feature,
particularly Friday looks to be our best chance, but there could
be some lingering showers on Saturday for our allergy sufferers.
We're starting to see ragweed become less of an issue,
but it's still out there. And especially when you have
a warm week like this, let me show it to you. You're 60 today,
64 with some clouds on Monday, but there's some sunshine peeking out.
We're close to 70 on Election Day
and then we're in the 70s Wednesday, maybe even Thursday.
Cloudy though for the end of the week, Thursday, Friday and then
A stray shower is possible Saturday.
Sunday's not perfect.
It does look mostly cloudy, but it's still about a week out.
It is hard to forecast that far out this time of the year.
We are seeing a trend towards more seasonable temperatures.
Usually we're in the mid to upper 50s this time of the year.
So the next couple of days are very...
