Take a look inside the St. Jude Dream Home

Well, the countdown is on. The St. Jude Dream Home is almost ready, and the big drawing is just weeks away. So we're taking you to the home now for a sneak peek and a reminder of how you can help support life-saving work. We have Melissa Wilson sitting comfy on the couch there. We're ready to get a tour. Tell us, first of all, Minky Couture and how you got involved to help out St. Jude to help give this home to somebody. I know. We've been very excited to come here. I mean, we've been working with St. Jude for how long now? Gosh, a little over a year. A little over a year now. Yes. We first met, I work out of Denver, but we're based out of Utah in a luxury blanket company. But I went to the St. Jude Summit and toured the facilities and really just fell in love with their mission and everything they do there. Well, while we talk, my photographer, Ray, is going to go around and give you an idea of what some of these beautiful blankets look like. And this is part of what St. Jude has come up with is these great partners with companies where you can also get the chance to win so many things. And Minky Couture is part of a huge package, so not just one, but a whole bundle of them. A bundle of them. So we have a blanket bundle, which is so fun. And our blankets, I mean, we have several different sizes and colors, textures, thickness. So our owner and founder, Sandy Hendry, she wanted to have something for everyone. So even when you come into our stores or you're shopping online, it is kind of like an ice cream shop. There is a little taste for everyone. Does anyone have to do anything special in order to be able to do this? Or they buy their $100 ticket and then voila, they also get a chance to win the Minkies. We were in the pink room earlier, and just to see that rose soft pink color was so amazing. Like you said, they come in every single color. No, every color, every style. I mean, tons of different thickness. This is our original hugs blanket. So this came out a couple of years ago. It has a bit of stretch to it, so it can kind of hug you back. I see your pen there and you said that you got to tour the facility. How incredible is it to be a part of something where everybody's $100 goes to make sure these kids don't get a bill so that their families aren't stressed about money? It really was so special. I mean, I feel very blessed that we were able to go down and see the facility in person. I mean, Sandy, our owner and founder, Minky, it never was a business venture for her. I mean, it came out of love. And with every blanket purchase, we actually donate a mini blanket to a NICU. And so for us to be able to work with St. Jude and to go see that in person and now be here at Dream Homes, it's been amazing.
