DL Hall on Brewers' World Series Win

My brothers, man, I don't even have words. I'm just blessed. What is it to celebrate with this group? Because you guys have been so connected, and now you will always be together, at least in history. It's incredible, man. It makes me feel just overwhelmed with how blessed we are to be in this position, and I'm just so thankful, and I'm so thankful to be tied to these guys forever. When you think back to spring training, You think back to fighting all the injuries even before spring training. Does this have a special meaning because you got past that and are here now? Yeah, this is something that I worked my whole life for, just like the rest of these guys did. And I had, you know, a couple speed bumps the past few years with the injuries. So I think it makes me feel personally special, just a sense of pride for myself to know that I was able to overcome that just and end up on top and i wouldn't be here without every single guy in this room and it's incredible when did it sink in that you guys were world champions i don't know if it's still i still don't know if it has yet i just know i'm super happy i'm super thankful um to god be the glory i can't even describe how happy i am happy for everybody in here to bring this championship to the city of milwaukee and all those people i have so many videos of people crying right now at american family field what does that mean to you that's incredible because i know what it feels like to wait a long time for something and um i'm just glad to be a part of that and that city i've only been there for three years and it already means so much to me so to be able to do that for them um i just hope they enjoy every second of it like we do and uh thank you for the support always. Two more questions. To celebrate this with Brandon Woodruff and Christian Yelich who have been through the long haul and finally reached the top of the mountain, what is that like to see them get there? Yeah, I think that every one of us in here besides those two we know that's what they that's something we wanted to give to them, right? To be able to be a part of the group that was able to deliver that to them because those guys without them we wouldn't go every single day. They're what makes our wheels go around so you know to be able to bring them that and I mean it's incredible that's what that's what we do we all just want to help each other out in any way we can and lastly you has been with you even in spirit now what does that mean that he has been part of this in a unique way yeah it's incredible I got a crazy story I'm gonna tell real quick so I actually my wife didn't wear her It was the first game, she hadn't worn it and we lost. So she had it on tonight and we won again. So I know he's here in spirit for sure. And I'm glad that we could do that for him too. Congratulations. Enjoy the beer challenge. Thank you.
