Brewers fans celebrate win at Ferg's

I bet the watch parties tonight Rays fans hanging on to hope that maybe just maybe we'll pull it off a second night in a row and Brewers fans seeing that victory getting closer and closer. Ferg's was the place to be and as it has been through the World Series. Fox 13's Blake Divine is there right now and Blake, how's it going out there? Haley, St. Pete has become Milwaukee South. The drinks are flowing at Ferg's because the Brewers made history tonight. Their first World Series in franchise history. a lot of these folks have trickled over and they are going to be partying late into the night they drink a lot of beer to say the least Coors Light Miller Lite you name it over a hundred thousand beers have been sold here since Monday and just listen to that crowd you know the owner he sells me before the ballgame 4,000 cases of beer so it's just been a wild time these People are going absolutely nuts. And I'm actually joined by a longtime local Brewers fan, Trayvon Donnelly. What does it mean to get this win tonight? It means the world to me. I mean, it means the world to us fans as well. I'm just so excited. We waited 40 years for this. This is our first ever championship, so I'm just super excited. The last three nights, Milwaukee has just been having a blast here in St. Pete. What has that been like for you? Well, I made sure I was here every single night to witness this. And it's meant a lot. And, you know, I just want to thank St. Pete for the hospitality because the hospitality here has been great. A lot of beers have been drank. Are a few more going to be drank before this place closes down? Yes. Yeah, we're celebrating. We're celebrating because we deserve this. The city of Milwaukee deserves this. And fans, they deserve this. So I'm ready to celebrate with these guys. I'm ready to have fun with these guys. Awesome.
