Welcome to my channel. Today I'm going to share with you the best brownie recipe. I know there's a lot of recipes out there, but this is literally the best brownie recipe you'll ever make. They're so chocolatey, so gooey, kind of crispy outside, but very chocolatey in the middle. And if you're an extra chocolate lover, you can even add chocolate pieces into the mixture. We're going to need unsalted butter, eggs, caster sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder. I've got dark and milk chocolate and a beautiful cookie cutter in a heart shape. In a large bowl add all your chocolate and your butter and I'm going to melt it in a microwave but you can also do it over the stove. Once your chocolate has melted we're going to add all the sugar in here and just give it a nice whisk. Add all your dry ingredients and make sure you sift them through. Lastly we're going to add our eggs and that should give it a nice and glossy look. this is a pure chocolate heaven look at that. Put your mixture in a prepared baking tray with some parchment paper and make sure it's evenly spread out. Your brownies have cooled down we're just gonna run a knife around the edges just to loosen it up so it comes out. You can cut your brownies the way you like you can use any shape so I'm going to use the beautiful heart shape. These brownies are so moist and delicious when you go for it it's so yummy and so chocolatey in the middle.
