How to make Raw Chocolate Truffles | Шоколадные трюфели

Hey guys! Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel Alla's Yummy Food. Today I'll show you how to make raw chocolate truffles. They're so yummy, so delicious. If you're craving something sweet and naughty, it's better than having a chocolate bar. They can always store in the freezer as well, so if you're always feeling a bit peckish and you want a little treat, you can just grab one and have one for dessert. They're really easy to make and I'm going to show you different ways of how we're going to coat the truffles around. Now let's get started. For the chocolate truffles we're only going to need some dates and cocoa powder and the other ingredients are optional. I've got some coconut oil, maple syrup. For decoration I'm using coconut shreds, goji berries, walnuts, orange zest. I've got different extracts, strawberry, lemon and almond. Into your food processor add your dates with cocoa powder blend until nice and smooth. If it's too dry you can add coconut oil and maple syrup. Separate your mixture into four different bowls. Add orange zest into first bowl. Add walnuts into the second bowl and a drop of almond extract. Lastly add some goji berries into your third bowl. I have prepared two plates here one with coconut shreds and one with cocoa powder so we're gonna roll each mixture into a ball and then dip each ball into whatever mixture you prefer. Make sure your hands are a bit oily, you can use a bit of coconut oil so that it doesn't stick to your hands. Repeat the process with all the truffles. I'm going to add a bit of orange zest on top of each orange truffle so I know which one is which. Finishing touches, I'm just going to add one goji berry on each truffle and some crushed walnuts on the nut one. Put your truffles into the freezer or fridge for about one hour.
