Welcome to Alice's Yummy Food.
Today I'm not cooking alone,
I'm cooking with my little
brother Daniel and he's going to be helping me
to prepare this dish. Now we are making
leg of lamb and we're going to be cooking outside.
This dish is amazing and it's my
dad's recipe so I hope you enjoy it.
Give us big likes. Yeah, give us big likes guys.
He's a little brave guy. So I hope you enjoy this video.
Don't forget to subscribe and
now let's get started. We only need few ingredients,
salt, pepper, mustard and mayonnaise. So the
first thing we're going to do is salt.
Now we're going to add some pepper. The mustard
makes meat really, really tender.
So we're just going to add a couple of teaspoons on
top of our meat. We're going to rub the mustard into your meat.
And last secret ingredient
is mayonnaise. You can use any type you like,
but that again adds extra flavor. So we're
just going to put a bit on top.
Okay, so we put a lot of pepper inside. Okay, I think
that's enough, okay? So you can put a bit less
if you don't like it as peppery and
we're going to salt it from the other side and sometimes it's
good to massage the meat
so we are outside it's a bit chilly
because we're
cooking in winter I'm filming this episode
in advance in Russian this is
called tandoor together it's
a bit heavy so put
your wood inside we're going to
cook this for about 15 to 20 minutes until all
the wood is gone and we have
some coal so my dad is helping me out as well
place your meat inside tandoor
and we're going to cook this for about 40 minutes
