Mango Tart Recipe | Манговый Tарт

Welcome to Alla's Young Food! Привет всем! Thanks so much for joining in! And today I'm going to show you this absolutely stunning and beautiful and delicious mango rose tart. It's so pretty! It's too pretty to eat! And I'm not cooking today alone, I'm collaborating together with Vincenzo's Plate. And here it goes! Hi, Alla's friend! My name is Vincenzo from the YouTube channel Vincenzo's Plate where i make amazing delicious homemade italian recipes made with love today i made a tiramisu with mango oh delicious come and check it out and subscribe we're going to need vanilla pod egg yolks butter corn flour plain flour icing sugar granulated sugar milk mangoes and salt to make your pastry we're going to add flour sifting sugar a pinch of salt add cold cubed butter and rub the mixture together we're looking for nice sandy consistency then add one egg and give it all a good mix once you form the ball we're gonna wrap it in plastic cling film and put it in the fridge for half an hour add some flour on top and the bottom and then roll out your dough so put your pastry on top of your rolling pin and be very very gentle make sure your pastry goes nice and well inside so lift it up and then tuck prick your pastry with fork and this ensures that it doesn't lift up while baking and we're gonna put our tart into the freezer for about 15 minutes take your pastry out of the freezer place some parchment paper on top and add some rice or baking beans I'm using buckwheat on top to create some weight we're going to bake this for about 15 minutes in a bowl add your egg yolks sugar add flour and cornstarch in a small pan add your milk and your vanilla seeds we're going to cook it just until it starts to boil and then take off the heat slowly add your milk mixture into your eggs and whisk really quickly add the mixture back into your pot we're going to cook it until it starts to thicken constantly mixing it up and down once your cream is done place it into the cold water with ice and just whisk it through a few more times we don't want it to cook anymore cover your pastry cream with some cling film so it doesn't form a skin. Take your pastry out and get rid of the weight and then place it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Peel your mangoes and then cut them in half and then slice them thinly. Your pastry needs to cool down completely and then you need to place it onto your presentation plate. Add your vanilla cream onto your pastry and spread it around. Now we're going to start decorating it with mango starting from the middle.
