And today we're going to be making chocolate vegan cupcakes, which are delicious. They're legitimately good. And Katie says they're really popular at the moment, so yeah. Yeah, gotta be cool New Yorker guys. This recipe is from Minimalist Baker, it's spot on, she knows how to make a delicious vegan cupcake recipe. Yeah, so guys make sure you check out Katie. I'm gonna be making my Russian dessert on her channel Which you can check out as well, and I'll leave all the links down below in my description box Mix the almond milk with vinegar in a cup and leave it for a few minutes Coconut oil into the stand mixer followed by coffee vanilla extract applesauce in cupcakes and lastly we're going to add the almond milk Okay, then I'm just gonna add the flour and the sugar and all of the dry ingredients. Mix everything until it is combined together. Get everything in there. Butter each tray with your coconut oil and then pour the chocolate mixture into your baking tray. The cupcakes are in the oven and now we're gonna make the frosting. This is dairy-free butter. Cocoa powder, vanilla extract and some melted chocolate vegan chips followed by some almond milk and icing sugar
