Hi guys! Hello everyone! Welcome to Alla's Yummy Food.
Today I'll show you how to make chicken cutlets.
They're so amazing. In Russian they're called куриные котлеты.
This is my grandma's recipe
and they come out really really juicy in the middle
and very nice and crispy on top. It's
a really old-fashioned way of cooking them
so I hope you enjoy. For this recipe we're
going to need some milk, white bread, breadcrumbs,
chicken breast, onion, garlic, butter, salt
and pepper in a small bowl add your bread add milk we want
the bread to become nice and soggy
add chicken into your food processor add butter
into your frying pan and add all your onions and
garlic into a large bowl
add all your chicken egg
your bread and milk salt
and pepper and your
onions with butter the best thing
is to use potato masher i found that it's the easiest way to mix
all ingredients. Place the mixture
into the fridge for about half an hour.
I have put some breadcrumbs in one plate
and I've got a bowl of water where I'm going to dip my hands
to roll out the cutlets. Take about a tablespoon of your mixture
roll it into your hands
and then place in breadcrumbs from both sides.
We're going to cook them on a medium heat
for a couple of minutes on each side.
