How to make OREO Lava Cake | Шоколадный кекс «Лавакейк» c OREO

Hi guys, welcome to my channel! Hello! Give us big likes for this little cutie. Today I'll show you how to make chocolate Oreo lava cake. Now this lava cake is absolutely amazing. I've got so many other recipes with lava cakes, so you're going to adore this lava cake recipe. And Milo absolutely likes licking the bowls afterwards. So now let's get started. We are going to need dark chocolate, white chocolate, eggs, heavy or double cream, cocoa powder, plain flour, sugar, I've got some Oreo cookies, butter and some ramekins I'm using but you can use any ramekins you have. Add white chocolate into your bowl, add double cream. I'm going to melt this in a microwave for 1 minute with 30 second breaks but you can also do it over double boiler. And crushed Oreos. this into the fridge until it's a little bit set. Add your chocolate and butter in a bowl and microwave it in 30-second breaks or over the double boiler. In a bowl add your eggs, sugar, add your chocolate and melted butter, add your sifted flour. You can see here my Oreo cookie filling is completely nice and set and that's what we're looking for. Spray each ramekin with some cooking oil or you can also use butter, add cocoa powder and coat each ramekin around. Add your chocolate mixture into each ramekin, then add your Oreo filling, then add more ganache and fill them about 3 quarters of the way.
