NO-MOULDING pies in 10 minutes!
These pies are soft and airy, with a delicious crispy crust. They're quick and easy to make, using readily available ingredients. A great option for breakfast, dinner, or a snack. Want to make delicious pies in minutes and without any fuss?
If you don't like fiddling with dough, this recipe is for you!
No-moulding, minimal effort, and maximum flavor ✨
The pies are soft, golden brown, and delicious!
Ingredients:
500g potatoes
1 tsp salt and a little pepper
300g meat
1 onion
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp butter
For the dough:
200g sour cream or yogurt
200 ml milk
1 egg + 1 egg white
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp baking powder
5 + 1 tbsp vegetable oil
650 g flour (600 + 50)
1 egg yolk + 1-2 tbsp milk
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Makes 34-35 pies
