Today we're making a very old Viennese nut cake 🥧✨

For the dough:
200 ml warm milk
40 g (2 tbsp) sugar
60 g (4 tbsp) flour
10 g Dry yeast
For the dough:
3 eggs
100 g sugar
0.5 tsp salt
vanillin
zest of one orange or lemon
550 g flour (+ 50 g)
100 g melted butter
For the filling:
150 g any jam or preserves
150-200 g walnuts
100 g sugar
80 g dried or curdled cranberries or raisins
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes in a well-heated oven, top-bottom setting.
