500-600 g peeled potatoes
salt and pepper
50 g butter
optional: one finely chopped fried onion
For the dough:
200 ml Water
100 ml vegetable oil
1 level teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon 6% or 9% vinegar
450 g flour
50 g softened butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) with the top and bottom setting and the convection setting at 190 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
