The Update On Memphis, that NO ONE Wants. . . I am So Sorry

Today’s vlog is an incredibly difficult one to share, and we are heartbroken to bring you this news. Our beautiful Memphis Belle passed away on June 6th after losing her battle with cancer. This loss was completely sudden and unexpected, interrupting our regularly scheduled programming to let our amazing pawdience know what has happened. We know many of you thought she was heading into surgery on July 1st, and while those pre-recorded vlogs will still go up in the order they were filmed, we wanted to be open and honest about where we are today.
As we walk with just Kira and Eleanor through town and along the river, it is a stark reminder of how fast things can change. We spent Memphis's final days doing her absolute favorite things, including a wonderful camping trip and a trip to the local flower festival. She had the absolute best last week of her life, prancing in the backyard and enjoying the sunshine, and we wouldn't trade those final, happy memories for anything in the world.
When her condition suddenly turned critical, we rushed her to the vet and had to make the hardest call a pet owner can make. Helping her cross the Rainbow Bridge peacefully was the greatest gift we could give her after all the love and joy she brought into our lives. We have several pre-recorded vlogs coming up that show her happy, active, and living life to the fullest, and we hope you will stick around to watch those and celebrate her legacy with us. Thank you all so much for the overwhelming love, kindness, and support during this devastating time.
