Welcome back. Today we're going to be making Lebanese
chicken skewers and steak skewers. So stay tuned and let's do this.
Okay, I've got some sirloin chunks of steak. I'm going to cut these in chunks.
I'm going to put my steak into a bowl. In a separate bowl, I'm going to be using
some hot pepper paste. I need about one half teaspoon. I'm going
to be using one teaspoon of red hot pepper sauce.
It's got a little kick to this. A lot of kick.
One half teaspoon of fine chopped garlic. Granulated sweet pepper. I'm going to use
about a teaspoon of that. Okay guys,
I'm going to be using Be Sure to Season seasoning blend.
You can get this at BeSureToCook.com or go to Amazon and look for it and you'll
get there. One tablespoon of Be Sure to Season
seasoning blend. One-fourth of onion powder. One-fourth
teaspoon of za'atar. One-fourth teaspoon of
coriander. And one-fourth teaspoon of cardamom.
Okay, then I'm going to mix up all this together. I'm sticking my paste
right on in. Oh and that is delicious guys. I mean it just smells
delicious. For my steak, since I'm not making a lot,
it's half of a lemon I'm going to put in there.
And I'm going to take my hands and I'm just going to start working this into
the meat. Use about a teaspoon of olive oil
and then you want to mix that up with it. Then we're going to put this in the
fridge. Make sure that olive oil is mixed up in
there really good. We're going to put all this in the fridge for at least,
you want to marinate it first. Give it an hour so all those flavors can
sink into that meat. Okay, I got some skinless boneless chicken thighs
that I'm going to cut up into chunks. Okay, I'm adding my chicken into the
bowl. Okay guys, we're going to season up our
chicken and right now I'm rolling my lemon and I'm
trying to get all the juices gathered up. Cut this in half. This knife
is very sharp. Then I'm going to juice my lemon. I'm using a juicer.
This is about two tablespoons. I'm using a half tablespoon
of freshly chopped garlic. I got a whole tablespoon
of non-flavored yogurt. One tablespoon of hot pepper paste. Red hot pepper sauce.
I'm going to be using one teaspoon of that. This is kind of really
spicy. That gives it a little kick. Granulated
sweet pepper. I'm going to use a tablespoon of that.
Okay, I got my Be Sure to Season seasoning blend
and I'm going to be using one teaspoon of my seasoning blend. Half teaspoon of
onion powder. One half teaspoon of coriander.
Add some cardamom here and I'll show you what it looks like. You need also one
half teaspoon of cardamom. One half
teaspoon of za'atar. I'll show you what it looks like.
There you go. Za'atar. Tablespoon of olive oil. Mmm, that'll get it going.
Fresh cracked black pepper or if you just have some pepper, add a little
pepper to it. Okay, now we're about to mix all this up.
Mix it up well. There's my mix going right into my chicken.
All right, so I'm just gonna take that chicken
and I'm just gonna start mixing it up. If you don't like,
some people like gloves because they just don't like the feel of mixing
up, you know, the chicken or steak or whatever they're mixing up.
It doesn't bother me. Doesn't bother me at all.
We want to cover this for about an hour or two and leave this
to soak up all this deliciousness. Okay guys, I've got my grill ready
but before I start cooking on it, I'm gonna, that olive oil I had outside,
I'm just gonna take it and I'm gonna put it on
this grill. I'm gonna brush it on there. Okay, this is this chicken
that I've been marinating for, I'm marinating this
overnight. So here's my chunks. I'm gonna take it
and I'm gonna pour it down. Okay, I got my steak that's been
marinating. These are chunks of steak. Repeating the
same process but it's different. It's a steak.
And I want to make sure there's enough olive oil on there, just a couple, just to
make sure, you know, get that. We don't want to dry
them out. We want to make them juicy. Okay, a little non-stick spray.
My chicken is going down and then my steak is also
going down. There we go guys, chicken and steak on the grill cooking.
Okay, the steaks are done. We got a little char on the steaks.
All right, these chickens are done. I'm gonna take this off.
I'm gonna let them rest. I'm gonna plate it up
and here we go. My Lebanese chicken skewers
and my Lebanese steak skewers. Here they are
and they smell so delicious. I mean, the fragrance that's coming to me is
just like, it's a diaper. I just can't wait to dig in
here because guess what guys? I didn't make these skewers alone.
Me and you, we did this together and we can make plenty more of anything
that you decide. Hey guys, please like, share, and subscribe

you enjoy. Bye.
