• 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into chunks

• ½ tsp fresh garlic, minced
• 1 tsp granulated sweet pepper
• 1 tbsp BeSureToCook Seasoning Blend
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp za'atar
• ¼ tsp coriander
• ¼ tsp cardamom
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 tsp olive oil

🛒 CHICKEN KEBAB INGREDIENTS

• 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
• Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
• ½ tbsp fresh garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp plain yogurt
• 1 tbsp hot pepper paste
• 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
• 1 tbsp granulated sweet pepper
• 1 tsp BeSureToCook Seasoning Blend
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp coriander
• ½ tsp cardamom
• ½ tsp za'atar
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Black pepper to taste

👩🏾‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Cut steak and chicken into bite-sized chunks.
2️⃣ In separate bowls, prepare the steak and chicken marinades using the ingredients listed above.
3️⃣ Mix each marinade thoroughly until all meat is evenly coated.
4️⃣ Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For best flavor, marinate overnight.
5️⃣ Thread the chicken and steak onto skewers.
6️⃣ Brush grill grates with olive oil and preheat grill.
7️⃣ Lightly oil the kebabs to help keep them juicy while cooking.
