Ooey Gooey Toasted S'mores Crispy Bars!

Toasted S'mores Crispy Bars | Easy No-Bake (well mostly) Dessert for when you are missing out on Camping! Since it is still chilly here in Northern Michigan, Jamie and I decided to whip up these incredible Toasted S'mores Bars. They are super easy, gooey, and have that perfect toasted marshmallow flavor without needing a bonfire. Our kitchen helpers, Memphis, Eleanor, and Kira, were on hand to make sure every marshmallow was accounted for!

Ingredients
7 cups mini marshmallows (divided)
2 cups milk chocolate chips (divided)
6 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7 cups graham cracker style cereal (Golden Grahams)
1 pinch salt
Butter flavored non-stick cooking spray

Tips and Tricks
🔥 To get that authentic campfire taste, broil your marshmallows for 30-60 seconds until golden brown, but keep the oven door open so you don't burn them!
📏 If you don't need a full 9x13 pan, you can easily cut this entire recipe in half for a smaller batch.
🥣 Working with melted marshmallows can be sticky, so spray your spatula with a little bit of cooking spray to make flattening the bars much easier.
🍫 Use a microwave-safe bowl and heat your chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals to avoid scorching the chocolate.
❄️ If you are in a hurry to eat these, pop the pan in the fridge or even outside if you live in a cold climate like we do in Michigan to help them set faster!
