Ridiculously Easy Lemon Pepper Salmon Recipe! 🍋🐟

Today we are making a ridiculously easy Lemon Pepper Salmon that is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Even when it is hot outside, this simple oven-baked fish recipe comes together so fast and turns out perfectly flaky and delicious every single time. Jamie gives it a huge thumbs up, so you know it's a winner!

Ingredients
1 pound of salmon
2 tablespoons of butter
1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning (we love Kinder's brand!)
1 fresh lemon
Butter-flavored cooking spray

Tips and Tricks
🍋 You can totally customize this recipe by trying it with any other type of fish you enjoy if you aren't a fan of salmon.
🔥 If you want to keep the house cool, you can easily make this exact same recipe out on your grill or over a low campfire instead of the oven.
✨ Don't forget the secret step at the end: open up the foil tent, turn your oven to broil on low, and let it go for about two minutes to get that beautiful, slightly crispy look on top.
Kitchen Helpers Highlights
🐾 The kitchen was way too hot for our helper Kira (and the oven was on),, but Eleanor stayed close by to secure the goods!
🧀 Even though there was absolutely no cheese in this seafood recipe, the official Kitchen Helper Cheese Tax still had to be paid in full!
