Charodeika Cake! A Soviet recipe time-tested! Treat yourself to a slice of happiness without overpaying or using complicated ingredients! Today we're making this legendary cake for next to nothing!
So tender! A favorite dessert from the USSR for tea or a holiday! A tall, melt-in-your-mouth sponge cake, fragrant cream, and mouth-watering chocolate glaze. This cake is quick and easy to make, but incredibly delicious!
✔️Ingredients:
✅️Step 1:
Egg yolks - 2 (or 1 whole egg)
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 100g
Flour - 40g (2.5 tbsp)
Milk - 300ml
Butter - 80g
Vanilla sugar - 5g
Rum flavoring - to taste
✅️Step 2:
Eggs - 4 (medium eggs)
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 100-120g
Flour - 120g
Baking powder - 1 tsp (5g)
✅️Step 3:
Milk/Water + condensed milk - 100ml
Chocolate - 100g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Mold diameter - 20cm Bake at 170-180°C, 25 - 30 minutes
