Cornstarch - 40 g
Vanilla sugar - 8-10 g
Butter - 150 g

Milk - 150 ml
Egg - 1
Butter - 100-150g
Vanilla sugar - 10g
Cognac or rum - 1 tbsp (optional)

Napoleon Cake Layers:
Flour - 250g
Butter - 125g
Salt - a pinch
Vodka/vinegar - 1 tbsp
Water - 90ml
Diameter of cake layers: 20-22cm
Bake at 210°C for ~7 minutes
6 cake layers + 1.5 for topping
🎁For a larger cake, make a double batch.

Flour - 50g.
Egg - 1 pc.
Butter - 100g.
Vanillin - 0.5g.
