My Dog Turned BLUE! 💙 Edible Glitter Birthday Disaster?
It is a very special day here at the Snow Dogs Vlogs house because Memphis is officially a teenager! To celebrate our girl turning 13, we are kicking off a whole birthday month. Even though the wind was trying to blow us away and the yard is still a bit of a muddy mess from the melting ice storm, we headed into the kitchen to bake something out of this world.
Making a birthday cake for a Husky who is afraid of the oven is always a challenge, but we managed to whip up a beautiful Galaxy-themed cake filled with edible glitter! From Memphis getting stuck in the doorway to Kira and Eleanor helping with "quality control" on the spatulas, it was a day full of laughs and husky howls. Seeing Memphis grow up on this channel from a tiny puppy to a 13-year-old senior dog is so special to us.
We even managed to get Memphis to wear her birthday hat while she enjoyed her blue glittery treat. 🎂 Celebrating Memphis turning 13 years old with a special birthday month!
💨 Getting caught in some crazy wind that almost knocked us over in the yard.
🚪 Memphis managed to get herself jammed in the bedroom door while flopping around.
🥣 Baking a "Galaxy Cake" while trying to keep the kitchen calm for oven-shy Kira.
✨ Using lots of edible glitter that ended up turning Memphis a little bit blue!
🥳 Memphis actually kept her birthday hat on while eating her cake.
❄️ Waking up to a surprise two inches of snow that melted away just as fast.
🪵 Jamie burning sticks and leaves from the ice storm while the girls patrolled the yard.
