Today's video is a little bit bittersweet for us. We are making our very first DIY dog treat video without our beautiful senior girl, Memphis, by our side. It felt so incredibly weird to only set up one table and not have to panic about her falling, but we wanted to make something bright, colorful, and happy to celebrate her memory. So today, we are making an amazing, layered rainbow jello cake for Kira and Eleanor using unflavored gelatin and fresh fruit like apples, blueberries, and blackberries!

While the layers were setting in the fridge, we headed outside to enjoy some beautiful, crisp summer weather. Of course, Kira immediately decided that the brand new grass Jamie just planted was the perfect place to walk and kick up some dirt! Dad is not going to be happy!

Later on, Eric and Jennifer stopped by, so we snuck out for a quick evening e-bike ride and treated ourselves to some amazing Dubai chocolate ice cream. To wrap up the night, we took the girls out for a cool evening walk where Eleanor spotted a bunny and did her absolute famous Eleanor stomps! Plus, Jamie made a joke that I never make treats for him, so stay tuned because I'm surprising him by making a human-friendly version for the cooking channel!
