ADVENTURE OAKLEY and Husky Head Tilt

Good morning Pawdience! What's up girlies? It's morning and a little overcast today, which is alright. I know! Everybody's chilling over here. Nora and Oscar and their mommy and daddy are heading home today. I know, you guys are heading home today. We're gonna stay at least one more day. Possibly two more days. Depending on what the weather does tomorrow. We'll see! We'll see! We don't know what we're doing today though. Greg is also leaving today. Lots of people heading home today. Are you playing? Are you gonna sing for everybody? What? You want in on that too? Memphis is like, I want in on this! That's the next thing we need to design for camping. A giant dog pen! Yeah! We need an arena! Right? Yes, as I said, it's a day I don't even know. Already at the campground. Mike and Brittany are leaving today. Greg is leaving today. We're still sticking around for a couple of days. The sun has decided to pop back out. I think, what we're gonna do is when Mike and Brittany leave, We're gonna go ahead to a couple of waterfalls that are close to here. And check those out. That way they can see a few more things before they head home. And for the rest of the day, We're probably just gonna chill and relax. And tomorrow, it's supposed to rain most of the day. So we might do like another little mini adventure day tomorrow. Bye Greg! Bye! Thanks for coming and playing! I know, I wish you could too. Just call in sick for work tomorrow. I'll call my brother and tell you that you're not lying. Tell him that you're not lying. Like nice! The girls are chilling. I got my blanket cause it's a little cold. Yeah, I guess we're gonna figure out a couple of waterfalls to go see here. Just a few. Alright, we're loading up the dogs. We're gonna go see some more things. And today is beautiful. I know, you're going too. Oh my goodness, you're going too. You totally are. You're going too. We're on our first outing of the day. We're heading towards Horse Race Rapids. Gotta keep them a little close. Cause there's some steep edges here, according to the book. Hey girls! She's hiking dogs. Hiking down all them steps. Hiking down waterfalls. Hi Shelby! Having a good time? How about you Oakley? Having a good time? Memphis is like, I'm playing in the mud. This is awesome. Now we gotta hike back up all these steps. You gotta dig in that mud? She's like, yeah! I'm gonna play in this mud. Now we gotta hike way back that way. Through these rocks, up the steps. Look at that Oakley adventure dog. Whoa! She almost made it. Good job Oakley! Good job honey. So that was Horse Race Rapids. Which technically isn't a waterfall. Technically it's just rapids. But whatever, it's in the waterfall book. So part of the way... I would definitely not go down them in a kayak or anything. Maybe Greg would, but he's not with us. Part way down, it got really treacherous. So Jamie stayed kind of up at the top. I took Memphis down. I couldn't really film it, but holy cow you guys. That's a rock jumping dog right there. She did really good. I would go to the rock and call her towards me. Deer, call her towards me. She was jumping. There's a deer. There's another deer. That was a baby deer. He had spots. Memphis saw him. Did you see that deer Memphis? I was like, whoa guys. There was a critter. I saw him. Don't worry honey, we saw him too. Memphis did some rock climbing. I couldn't hold her and hold the camera at the same time. I was pretty proud of this girl. Oakley did amazing. There was some steps. Because we're not doing a whole lot of hiking today, we thought, we'll let her get some exercise. She did pretty good. Jamie helped her up and down the steps. Worked out good. Main road girl. You got to get in the back. Which way do I go? Left. We're back at Fumie Falls. We actually were here on our way up here. Everybody else hasn't seen it yet. They're all checking out the waterfall. This is a really pretty sight. I like the little creek here. Shelby, Oakley and Jamie are sitting in the car for a few. Got Memphis out. I know. So fun, huh? So fun. So that was kind of interesting. We pulled up into this waterfall parking lot. This girl came around the corner and said she knew us. She watches our YouTube channel. They were up here visiting from Texas. Maybe escaping the hurricane. I don't know where from Texas they were from. I think that was her mom she was with. I didn't even get their names. Her mom's family is from up here. They were actually up here visiting her mom's grave site. And some other things while they were up here. How crazy is that? One of the Pawdience members who lives in Texas runs into us in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Middle of nowhere. That was pretty cool. It's like 2800 miles away. See you guys if you ever see us when we're out and about. Just say hi. She said she actually recognized the Jeep. Which I thought was pretty cool. She's like I know that Jeep. I thought it was pretty cool. They're all wandering around. Fumey Falls over there. I don't like walking the dogs over there. See right here? See all those bright red leaves? That's poison ivy. The brighter red they are, the more oily they are. If you look over there by that fence. That's also poison ivy. I'm highly allergic. Right next to that cut down stump. All the red is poison ivy. All that red. We're staying in the car. I think that will be safer with the dogs. We kind of split ways with everybody. Mike and Brittany headed home. Charles and Thor and Kasha, Daniel and Banana were actually heading to a lake. We were going to drive around town. We ended up finding the bat hill that we talked about. We stopped here. We randomly found it. We're at Millie Hill. Apparently there's a bat mine shaft. Here or something. We're going to walk this trail and see what we can see. Alright! If you want to read some information, here's some information. There are over 50,000 bats that live in this mine. This is what the second level of the mine looks like. We'll walk up over here and show you where they come out of. Say that again? It said bats can eat over a thousand insects every hour. As long as they are all mosquitoes, I'm happy. If you had a thousand bats, how many insects would be gone in an hour? A lot! This is apparently where they come out of. It says, danger keep out. This is apparently where they come out of. There's a mine shaft down there. That's where all the bats live. I don't think we'll be able to get to the point where we can actually see down. That's an old mine shaft. That's where the bats come out of. That's definitely a view. Wow, we are up here a ways. Huh? You like that Oakley? She's like, nah, I'm done. It's really cool. Look at that you guys. Look at that cool church. I'm going to try to zoom in. Oh gosh, dogs are pulling it. We're going to have to let Jessica show you guys all this. We walked all the way up to the top of the hill. There's this beautiful sight of Iron Mountain. You can literally see for forever. Would be very cool to come back and walk up here in the fall. I bet this is beautiful in the fall. Very cool looking. Oh I know, we're walking. You can see that everything is fairly flat. Then there's a couple of hills. There's definitely more hills in this direction. We found the Pine Mountain Ski Jump. Check this out you guys. People actually go all the way up to the top of that. They ski and go all the way down there. Which is absolutely insane. This is so high up. How crazy cool is that? There's the information about this jump. How high it is, how long it is. Record jump. That's pretty cool. Looks like they jumped this year. In February. That would be cool to come up here and see. So that's pretty cool. That's the Pine Mountain Ski Jump. So would you do it? No. It's wicked high up there. It's so windy up here too. Not even in the inner tubes. If there was no jump, maybe. Oh there's a jump. We saw it. Alright. I think we're heading back to camp now. I see a little Miss Memphis nose. Today. And we've made it back to camp. Yay. It's on fire before it rains. Yeah, supposedly it's gonna rain. We're gonna try to cook some more corn on the fire. I got some chicken going inside. We gotta feed the girls. Yeah I know, you're hungry huh? We gotta feed the girls some food. Lunch time. A little bit late. That's still good. Charles and Thor just got back. Let's make some food for peoples. Make some food for peoples, right? Look at that, fire's already going. Good job. We're trying to figure out if it's gonna rain or not. It's sprinkling ever so slightly. We think the rain might have found us again. These girls are chilling in the camper while we're chilling out at the fire. They are so tired. This is what happy, happy camping dogs look like. Memphis is like, I can't even bed today. I just sit right here. I see you Shelby. I'm gonna turn the light back off. You guys can go back to napping. My beautiful girls. I'm so proud of all of you. You all did so good today. So it's the end of another day of camping and we're actually thinking about leaving and going home tomorrow. Even though we were supposed to spend one more day or multiple more days. We didn't really know how long we were gonna stay. But we're thinking about going home tomorrow because it's supposed to be raining and cold, which the cold we don't mind so much, but the rain kind of limits the things we can do. And I think these dogs look at you. Oakley's like I'm still awake. I don't know what you're talking about. Look at your girls behind you. Look at Memphis. Oh baby. Oh Shelby. What do you think, huh? Are you tired? They have had so much adventure and so much fun. Oakley was just sound asleep. We woke her up when we came in here. Took her outside. What do you think, honey? Huh? What do you think? Yeah? She's like, I think I wanna go back to bed right here in this bed. Yeah? Charles and Thor are probably leaving tomorrow. We're not sure what Kasha, Daniel and Banana are doing. They might leave tomorrow too. She just looks so snuggable. I just wanna snuggable her. Snuggable her? Is it snuggable her? Why is that a confusing word? Snuggable her? Is that a trigger word for you? Snuggable her? What the heck? Snuggable her? I have no idea what you think I'm saying. I don't know. Snuggable her? Snuggle? Is that the word? In the comments what do you think she thinks we're saying? Yeah, what does she think we're saying? Snuggable her? Snuggable her? Snuggable her? I have no idea. I don't know. You're confusing me Shelby. I know you're giving me the head tilt, but you're confusing me. Is that like what Oscar's bubble gum? Bubble gum? Bubble gum? Backpack? Eva Longoria? Oh wow! What the heck? Wow! You're really listening to whatever I'm saying. Yeah? Snuggable? Memphis is like wait what? Eva Longoria? Wow! Oscar's words are making Shelby's head tilt. If you don't know what I'm talking about You have to check them. Focus! If you don't know what I'm talking about, Mike and Brittany's dog Oscar, his head tilt trigger words are Eva Longoria. Eva Longoria? Backpack? Bubble gum? Why do you do it after I'm done talking? Snuggable? Snuggable? Yeah, I guess. I don't know. You guys are weird. But anyway we're going to bed. Memphis is like I'm awake now. I don't know what we're talking about but I'm going to get in on this conversation. You're going to fall off the bed too. That's what's going to happen. You look like you're sleeping. Don't fall on Oakley, okay? Just lay back down. Alright you guys. We're calling it a night. We don't know what we're doing tomorrow but we'll let you know when we wake up in the morning. Ah! The biggest yawn ever!
