📋 INGREDIENTS:
For the meat:
3 - 4 sirloin steaks or sirloin medallions, approx. 180 g each, total around 700 g (1.5 lb)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
30 g butter (2 tbsp)
2 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of rosemary

For the mushroom gravy:
300 g mushrooms, sliced thick (10.5 oz)
1 onion
1 tbsp butter
250 ml beef broth (1 cup)
150 ml cream (2/3 cup)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

For the mashed potatoes:
900 g starchy potatoes, peeled (2 lb)
60 g butter (4 tbsp)
150 ml milk (2/3 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
