3 Eggs
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Orange zest 1 teaspoon
Sugar 130g (⅔ cup)
Vegetable oil 60ml (¼ cup)
Plain Flour 150g (1 cup)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Orange juice 60ml (¼ cup)
Orange essence ½ teaspoon (optional)

Dark Chocolate 100g
Heavy cream 120ml (½ cup)

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan size 20x20 cm (8x8 inch)

Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 25-30 minutes
