Recipe:
280 g biscuits (280 g).
100 g butter (90 g).
Place in a 20 x 15 cm baking dish.
Add half of the shortbread cookies.
300g peaches in syrup (280g).
300 g cream cheese (280 g).
100 g sugar (90 g).
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
200 ml 33% cream (190 ml).
200 ml milk (190 ml).
10 g agar-agar (10 g).
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the remaining butter cookies.
Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
10 g desiccated coconut for decoration (10 g).
