Ingredients: (1 cup = 240 ml)
Creme filling:
Sugar 2 tablespoons
2 heaping teaspoons of cornstarch
Milk 8 tablespoons
Stir constantly over low heat until thickened
Butter 1 tsp
Vanilla 1/3 tsp

Cake:
3 eggs
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Sugar 150 g (3/4 cup)
Oil 120 ml (1/2 cup)
Plain yogurt 170 g (2/3 cup)
Flour 225 g (1 and 1/2 cups)
Cocoa powder 30 g (3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 8 g (2 teaspoons)

26 cm baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 30_35 minutes.
