Recipe:
Hello and welcome to the channel!
3 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
170 g sugar.
60 ml sunflower oil.
3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt (approx. 120 g).

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
270 g flour.
10 g baking powder.
Grease the baking tin with melted butter (15 g is sufficient).
Pour in half of the dough.
1 apple.
Add the remaining dough.
1 egg.
2 tablespoons of sugar (approx. 45 g).
1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
1 cup of milk is 240 ml (8 fl oz).
Allow to thicken over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Important: Stir constantly to prevent the pudding from sticking to the bottom of the pot and burning.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 40 minutes.
1 teaspoon of icing sugar for decoration.
