Ingredients:
3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
150 g (5.3 oz) sugar (3/4 cup)
120 ml (4.2 fl oz) vegetable oil (1/2 cup)
150 ml (5.3 fl oz) milk (3/4 cup)
Zest of one lemon 🍋
Juice of half a lemon 🍋
230 g (8.1 oz) flour (1 1/2 cups)
15 g (0.5 oz) baking powder (2 tsp)
21 x 21 cm (8 x 8 inch) baking pan
30 g (1 oz) caramel (4 tbsp)
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 35–40 minutes
1 tsp powdered sugar
