Recipe:
3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚.
A pinch of salt.
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
2/3 cup sugar (130 g / 4.6 oz).
Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Mix well until the mixture is creamy.
1/3 cup sunflower oil (80 ml / 2.7 fl oz).
2/3 cup milk (160 ml / 5.4 fl oz).
2 cups of flour (270 g / 9.5 oz).
Add the flour in two stages so that the dough mixes better.
1 tbsp baking powder (15 g / 0.5 oz).
Mix well.
Mix everything well until the dough is smooth.
Grated zest of an orange.
Juice of 1 orange (60 ml / 2 fl oz).
1/2 cup shredded coconut (40 g / 1.4 oz).
22 cm (8.6 inch) springform pan.
Grease the baking tin with butter so that the baking paper stays in place.
Bake for 40–45 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Orange marmalade for spreading.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
