Sponge Cake:

7 small eggs or 6 large eggs (330g)
1 1/2 cups sugar (300g)
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
300ml milk (1 cup + 1/4)
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (335g)
1 tablespoon baking powder (15g)
➞ Measurements for a 22x32cm pan

Half the recipe:
3 large eggs or 4 small eggs (165g)
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
150ml milk
1 cup + 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (167g)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder (8g)
