💜30 g (1 oz) cornstarch
💚Cook until thickened
💙Cover and cool
💛300 g (1.5 cup) cookies
🧡Crush
💙120 g (4 oz) melted butter
💜Mix well
💜100 g (1/2 cup) cold heavy cream
💚200 g (1 cup) cream cheese
💙Cooled lemon cream
💛The cream is ready
🧡I divided the base into three parts and the cream into two parts.
💜Assemble the cake as shown in the video
