3 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
170 g sugar.
Beat for 6-7 minutes until the mixture reaches this consistency.

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
140 g flour.
30 g cornstarch.
Carefully lift in.
20 cm springform pan.
I usually grease the tin with a little butter so that the baking paper doesn't slip.
Bake at 170 °C (180 °C fan oven) for 40–45 minutes.

90 g sugar.
45 g cornstarch (1.5 oz).
1 tsp vanilla extract.
600 ml milk (20 fl oz).
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the milk is almost boiling. Cover with cling film and let cool to room temperature. Allow the cake to cool completely after baking before removing it from the tin.
500 g mascarpone (17.5 oz). Mix well.
240 ml milk (8 fl oz). Moisten the cake with the milk; this will give it a particularly creamy consistency.
120 g (4 oz) shredded coconut. Bake at 180 °C (355 °F) for 2–3 minutes. Caution: Finely shredded coconut browns after just 2–3 minutes. It can burn easily. Mmm! Delicious! 🤤 Thank you so much for watching and commenting on my recipes!
