As soon as winter arrives, I can't resist stocking up on delicious, comforting snacks. These chocolate bars are one of my all-time favorites to make. The recipe is super simple, and I love packing them with all kinds of ingredients I enjoy. They're then wrapped in a rich layer of dark chocolate, making every bite pure bliss. The best part? They're sweetened naturally with dates and bananas instead of sugar, so they're not only delicious but also healthier with fewer calories. If you're a chocolate lover, this is a must-try!
一到冬天,我就忍不住想要囤点有热量的美味零食。这款巧克力棒是我常做的一款,主要是制作真的很简单,我会在里面加入各种喜欢的食材,再用黑巧克力紧紧包裹住,每一口都是满满的幸福滋味,重点是用天然椰枣和香蕉代替糖,味道好吃又健康,热量也低了不少,巧克力控真的不要错过了!

Ingredients/食材:

熟透的香蕉 150g Ripe banana
椰枣 70g Medjool dates
杏仁酱 80g Almond butter
可可粉 1大勺 Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp
坚果碎 60g Chopped nuts
燕麦片 60g Rolled oats
海盐 1/4小勺 Sea salt: 1/4 tsp
黑巧克力 200g Dark chocolate
椰子油 1大勺 Coconut oil: 1 tbsp
榛子碎 25g Chopped hazelnuts
