
「素食」玉米须竟然还能泡茶?!用厨房边角料做一道健康的粗粮小食 |【Vegan】Corn Silk Tea, and Corn Okara Pancake
It's the season of corn again! Corn is especially sweet and delicious in Summer. Early this morning, I bought some corn and I used leftover ingredients from the kitchen to make corn pancakes. When buying them, I made sure to keep the corn silk, which I used to make corn silk apple tea. This tea, paired with the corn pancakes, fills the whole morning with a fresh corn aroma—truly enjoyable!
最近又是玉米大量上市的季节,这时候的玉米特别鲜甜,怎么做都特别好吃,一大早买到阿姨自己种的玉米,今天就用厨房剩下的边角料做了玉米煎饼,买的时候还特意保留了玉米须,用来做了玉米须苹果茶,这道茶饮,搭配上玉米煎饼,让整个早晨都弥漫着清新的玉米香气,简直是一种享受!🌞
Ingredients/食材:
玉米 两根 Two Corn Cobs
全麦面粉 50g Whole Wheat Flour
西蓝花 4朵 Four Broccoli
胡萝卜 40g Carrot
杏鲍菇 50g King Oyster Mushroom
香菇 1-2朵 One to Two Shiitake Mushrooms
盐和黑胡椒 适量 Salt and Black Pepper
蘸水/Dipping Sauce:
香醋 1大勺 生抽 1大勺 辣油 1小勺 香菜根 适量 熟芝麻 适量
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chili oil, a handful of cilantro roots, a handful of toasted sesame seeds
玉米须茶/Corn Silk Tea:
玉米须 1小把 A Handful of Corn Silk
苹果 1个 1 Apple
红枣圈 2个量 2 Red Dates
