It's the season of mango. This time, I turned mango pancake into the vegan version. The surprise was that I used yam cream instead of traditional dairy cream. Not only it was delicate in texture, but it was also healthier, low in fat, and very filling. It’s perfect even for the breakfast!
芒果的季节试着来做一道纯素甜点吧,这次我用素食的方式做了芒果班戟,值得惊喜的是我用山药奶油替代了传统奶油,不仅口感细腻,更健康低脂,饱腹感更是超强,当做早餐也是完全适合的!
Ingredients/食材:
芒果 1个 One Mango
Pancake Batter/饼皮:
面粉 80g Flour
豆奶 160g Soy Milk
甜菜糖 15g Beat Sugar
姜黄粉 1.5g Turmeri Powder
铁棍山药 200g Yam
浓椰浆 90-100g Coconut Cream
甜菜糖 25g Beat Sugar
自制香草精 1小勺 1 Tsp Homemade Vanilla Extract
