这是我经常做的这款牛油果双色三明治,主打一个快手美味,基本上15分钟就搞定了,用豆腐加上黑盐和姜黄粉调味味道也非常不错,牛油果自带天然奶油的口感,组合在一起真的很美味,夏日搭配一杯蓝莓果昔很惬意!
Ingredients/食材:
牛油果 1个 One Avocado
岩盐1/4小勺 1/4 Tsp Salt
黑胡椒 1/4小勺 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
柠檬汁 2小勺 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
老豆腐 150g Firm Tofu
姜黄粉 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
黑盐 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Black Salt
营养酵母 1小勺(可选) 1 Tsp Nutritional Yeast(Optional)
素食沙拉酱或其它沙拉酱 2大勺 2 Tbsp Vegan Mayo or Other Salad Dressing
